1.  Deploy cutting-edge global positioning system (GPS) technology that provides us with real-time detailed tracking data such as our buses’ speed limits, location, any would-be mechanical issues our vehicles may encounter along their routes, and other informative real-time information

2.   Require our 19-A certified driver-employees to undergo state-imposed certification processes which are cross-referenced with the criminal background and fingerprint records held in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services

3.   Subject our employees to randomized alcohol and drug testing as well as scheduled harassment training

4.   Equip our buses with seat belts, a/c and heater units

5.   Undergo daily disinfectant for our buses and daily 7-point vehicle safety inspections

6.   Live-feed on-bus video camera

7.   Background checks above and beyond the state requirements

8.   Randomized mid-bus route check-ins by Company executive and senior staff members of the Company to ensure best standards and practices are being adhered to

9.   Additional internal checks and balances
